  • Manage multiple stores live-time from anywhere

    RetailPoint’s software utilizes cloud-server technology to securely store and access sales, employee, customer, and inventory data in a “real-time” environment, allowing retailers to access and manage live and concise data about any of their stores, anytime and from anywhere.

  • Manage customer information across multiple stores

    Virtually all information entered into the RetailPoint POS solution is globally accessible and displayed in "live-time". Any terminal or store location, associated with the retailers account, has access as soon as the customer information is entered into any RetailPoint POS terminal. This allows all store locations in a multi-store environment to access a customer's account information and sales activity as it occurs.

  • Compatible with most POS computers/peripherals

    RetailPoint POS software can be used with most major and minor brand POS peripherals (cash drawers, scanners, pole displays, receipt printers, etc.). For peripheral devices that do not seem to be compatible with the RetailPoint software, please contact us, in most cases all that is needed is request, and the necessary peripheral drivers can be added for the software.

  • Customizable Employee/Manager Access Levels

    RetailPoint's Permission Manager window allows retailers to give employees access to the information they need, while restricting access to critical data or functions.

    This easy to use panel features three (3) configurable default security groups (admin, manager, and employee) and additional custom security groups can be easily added, as needed. Each user is assigned to a security group and only has access rights to a defined set of program features and data.

    User names are automatically stored with each transaction, giving the retailer complete tracking capabilities for accountability purposes.

  • Web-based Dashboard

    The "Online Dashboard" is a live-time environment that provides access to all the sales, employee, and productivity information being generated by your store(s). This dashboard is easily accessible by internet enabled computers or mobile devices. A variety of reporting tools are available to view overall company status or easily drill down into individual store level productivity. Easily compare store location data in a multi-store environment, identify potential problems or recent sales trends as they are developing.

  • Multi-Tax Support

    RetailPoint POS features multi-tax code capabilities. Retailers are able to configure up to three separate tax rate components that combine to create the total sales tax. This allows for easy tracking of taxes payable to different agencies - ex. city, county, and state. Additional functionality allows tax rates to be set according to location for businesses that frequently ship or sell products outside of their local area.

  • Store Payouts

    The store payout feature allows administrators or managers to withdraw directly from the POS cash drawer for vendor payouts, or company use. Only users with sufficient security rights will be able to use this feature. When a payout is created, the username, time, amount of the withdrawal, and reason for use is recorded. Records of any payout transactions can be viewed via the reports section. Daily payout information is also viewable on each days X-out and Z-out reports.
